The Commenda Restaurant can be found on the
second story of the building and is divided by two split
sections, one overlooking the other. Here the large
warm wooden beams, which characterise these ancient
builds, are clearly on display. From this point the
hundred possible dining guests have a dominant view
of the courtyard below. A traditional cuisine suggest
yes regional dishes, but endeavours to enhance or enrich
their particular tastes by carefully researching individual
ingredients which may have been forgotten in time. The
menu also includes some of the dishes particularly appreciated
by maestro Giuseppe Verdi.
