in the field just opposite the church in the year
1095, Pope URBANO ordered the first crusade (in

can find a head stone reminding us that this is
where the Constance peace treaty in the year 1183
began

find a clear example of frescoes produced by Guercino

from the later part of the middle ages and was originally

of a carved choir stall and many paintings dating
back to the 15th century; this is also where the
"la Madonna Sistina" by Raffaello was once kept.
